Hi there
I am looking for some friendly 40 ish ladies who would be interested in some fitness walking in Selsdon and surrounds ideally!
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis which means my stamina isn't great but I really do need to try and get fitter - particularly as I would love to do the 'Moonwalk'!
