House / Flat purchase

Hi all
could we be allowed to advertise on here if we want to sell or buy a property within forestdale ,I for example own a one bedroomed flat and would like to find a two bedroomed house , what do you think ,would cut out estate agents fees

hi paul, i am currently in the process of redesigning the forestdale website and the new site has a section called forestdale homes, this will hopefully have all the houses on the estate listed for sale.
This part of the site needs to be worked on and is still in the early stages of developement.
i'll reply again soon with more information,

Think I have seen an area where Estate Agents have been advertising. It would be great if there were a section for private sales as a lot of people who end up buying on Forestdale seem to know people who already live on the estate or they know the estate already.
