 Water Supply Problems
« Thread Started on Jul 27, 2009, 5:00pm »

Last night about 21:40 we lost our water supply. I rang Thames Water at about 22:00 to report this. They told me they were not aware of any problems and asked me to check with my neighbours. I decided not to bother but learnt this morning from our neighbour that their water was also off. Ours came back about midnight but theirs was off again at 6:30. I had a nice shower without problems at 7:00. This was the second interruption - about two weeks ago we lost waster supply during the day for about an hour or so.

Did you have the same problem? If you did, have you phoned Thames Water and what was your experience? Have also e-mailed other residents of Bowens Wood and if anything transpires, I will post an update.

My cold water supply is weak or dribbling. A neighbour's plumber had turned off the communal tap, when the problems started. He quickly put it on again to full, but no joy. So I'll have to contact T Water. (Osward)
